AHASABON is derived from the Zen word "Hasabon", and we introduce "Japanese good things"
that can be used everyday and can be enjoyed for a lifetime in an old private house in Kagurazaka.
With Japanese tea as one of our themes, we offer a tea salon, a French based restaurant using Japanese tea,
a gallery for ceramic art and workshops related to Japanese culture.

​While using the French method, we offer a course that uses delicious seasonal ingredients from all over Japan and Japanese tea for cooking. You can also enjoy pairing with wine and sake.

For matcha, you can choose your favorite bowl and we will serve each one. Japanese tea includes fermented tea, sencha, and Japanese black tea from all over Japan. Please spend a relaxing time with delicious Japanese and Western sweets.
